You Can Only Muscle A Swim So far
Muscling through a swim is okay for short distances (maybe) but stroke efficiency and technique are what really power a swimmer through the water. There are several opportunities in nearby pools that can help an athlete learn the 'finer' points of swimming. Additional information will be posted on this blog as more appear between the winter and summer season. These are great opportunities to get ready for the summer swim!
