Former Mill Hall Swimmer Top Seed At NCAA D-III Championships
During the summer's, the Lugg sisters would visit family in the Mill Hall area. Being swimmers, they looked for a place to train during their stay and found a home with the Mill Hall Muskrats (now the Lock Haven Loggerheads). Denison University senior, Natalie Lugg, is seeded 1st in the 200 IM, 5th in the 100 breast, and 5th in the 200 breaststroke in the 2014 NCAA Division III Championships that take place this weekend.
