Central PA Swimmers Rock In New Year

Some swimmers call it 'Hell Week', while others say it just plain sucks.  The break between Christmas and the start of the school year after January 1 is pretty intense for swimmers as they go for double practices or super long one-a-days.  While college swimmers head south (Lock Haven University swimmers headed to Florida, hopefully head coach Joel Blesh will keep the community up-to-date on his blog here), high school swimmers (and other age group swimmers) stick around in the wintery north. 

Anything is a distraction to the grind of the daily practice.
