Many Jersey Shore and Lock Haven swimmers practice together, go to camps together, compete together, and compete against each other. As a result of this close relationship between the two communities, swim team parent Rachelle Sheets will be a contributing blogger to this site. Her postings will keep readers informed on events and happenings in Lock Haven area swimming.
